Back on track

This is the first block entry in my life which makes it quite fascinating to write these few lines.
My block will encompass lots of stories around my favorite sport: TRIATHLON and my way back to the most exiting sport events on earth, which are of course IRONMAN competitions.
2010 will be my first "real" Ironman after finishing 4 long distance triathlons already without the Ironman label (3x Roth, 1x Podersdorf). But these are different stories. 2010 will be my first start at Ironman Switzerland in Zürich at the 25. of July.
And today my journey to this event started by running 13KM together with some of my colleagues from my triathlon club.
This was actually my first run over 10KM after 4,5 months! Unfortunatley I couldn't start this year at Ironman Austria as I was sick. So after this it took my quite a long time to be back on track!
But today is the day and it was just a perfect start for hopefully a great journey towards Zürich.
We had great sunny wheather!
